When you submit our “Get A Free Quote” form or otherwise contact us through the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

- Email address and phone number
- Your preferred method and time of contact
- The project or site address, building type, budget, and project description you provide
- Any photos or documents you choose to upload with your request
You are never required to provide more information than a given form field requests, and optional fields are marked as such.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this information only in aggregate, for basic security and site-performance purposes. The Site does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your quote request and answer your questions
- Schedule estimates, site visits, and project follow-up
- Maintain internal records related to your project
- Communicate with you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email, based on the contact method you select

We use a limited number of trusted third-party providers to operate the Site:
- Our web hosting provider, stores and serves the Site’s files, delivers quote request submissions to our email, and may log basic technical/security information as described above.
These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually and technically limited in how they may use it. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jones Building Systems, our customers, or others.
4. Cookies
The Site does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. Your browser may still store minimal technical data (such as session state) needed for the Site to function normally. If we add analytics, advertising, or chat tools in the future that use cookies, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe them and your choices.
5. Data Retention
We retain quote request and project-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, complete any resulting project, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and maintain reasonable business records. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information submitted through the Site. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices & Rights
You may:
- Ask us what information we have on file about you
- Request that we correct or update your information
- Request that we delete your information, subject to legitimate business or legal retention needs
- Opt out of future communications from us at any time

8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business and residential customers seeking construction services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them differently than described in this policy.
10. Links To Other Sites
The Site may link to third-party sites, including our Facebook and Instagram pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
